One of the joys of living in Oregon is the variety of foliage that covers the ground in our forests and in the verdant areas beside streams and rivers. Adding texture and color to an all-over green image allows us to see in the full spectrum of color hidden within each leaf and twig.
About Lora Fisher
There are two distinct directions being explored in my work. One is with a clear appreciation of the beauty to be found in the world around us. The other explores an array of digital filters and effects that were impossible, or nearly-impossible, to create just a few years ago. My floral series is balanced by an ongoing passion for the landscape, and for exploring the genre of digital art. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, some of my earliest memories revolve around gazing into the heart of a Columbine and the odd structures of fungus.
