This curious fellow spent several minutes perched outside my living room window. I believe he was aware that I was there, but didn't seem to mind my proximity. What a handsome little guy. He and his flock are frequent visitors to my garden. I don't even mind that they have a fondness for my blueberries.

There are two distinct directions being explored in my work. One is with a clear appreciation of the beauty to be found in the world around us. The other explores an array of digital filters and effects that were impossible, or nearly-impossible, to create just a few years ago. My floral series is balanced by an ongoing passion for the landscape, and for exploring the genre of digital art. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, some of my earliest memories revolve around gazing into the heart of a Columbine and the odd structures of fungus.
